triciakate19 Having a lot of animals is tough, unfortunately with new life comes death. I lost 2 bunnies today. Tyler and tiger, they were good buns...im blaming the cage they were sharing because everyone else is doing well. Damn winter stealing my babies

- catslave My daughter lost their little lopeared bunny a couple of months ago took him to the vets when he was sick and he died there,he had gastro the vet said from mice getting in his cage. He was on a drip but they couldn't save him. Sorry about your little buns.

- triciakate19 It never makes sense to me when my loves die. I take such thorough care of them that I couldn't think of what causes it. I think it was the wood used though, it was a handmade cage and it could have just been made with the wrong stuff

triciakate19 SQUEAL HEDGEHOG UPDATE!!!! after a lot of googling and questions I decided to give knuckles a bath AND!!! he made minimal sound, let me pet him and pick him up without question. Now all I need to do is get him a doctors appointment...

triciakate19 So, Hedgie update...I got knuckles and was extremely idisappointed, his claws and grown into the pads of his feet, he has bald spots and dandruff....honestly this makes me dislike people

hey hey i'm the bunny lady, i currently have 10 rabbits and i'm getting another today!! yay!! anyways i have a pets page for my bunnies, they are strictly pets, not food. i've eaten rabbit before and it was great but i have tons of advice and about 10 years of experience under my belt:)

so i feel bad about venting about this BUT i was recently fostering a really fat rabbit. the owner told me that he had a poopy butt and that she didn't know what was wrong with smores...then she said she was feeding him guinea pig food...like honestly?! guinea pigs and rabbits need different nutrince...thats why there are different foods for the different animals...he died. i think he was poisoned by the food as well as having diabetes..the poor thing just wasnt a happy camper..makes me sad when things like this happen. feed your cats cat food, dogs dog food, and rabbits rabbit food. thanks

i'll let the inquiring mind know a couple of things...my day has been okay, my month, however hasnt. i've lost 6 rabbits, which sucks...then poppy had to go to the vet. i need to check everyone's teeth from now on because poppy is in intenseve care because she lost too much weight due to not being able to eat because she had rotten teeth....some people need to let me know when things like this are going on so that i dont find out later wondering why she lost so much weight...the poor baby. anyways i'm taking christmas pictures of the gang to take my mind off of it. i have a great picture of mister grumps wearing a santa hat, needless to say he wasnt very happy. so hopefully when i have time and such you'll see jolly pictures of all 16 of my friends...i dont know how i'm going to get artemis (my hamster) lookin christmassy though
